Christie Long
Owner and Lead Instructor
Christie has called Visalia home since 2009. Originally from Southern California, she moved to the central valley with her husband Daniel in 2007 to NAS Lemoore. Celebrating nearly 20 years of marriage they have two amazing children who have grown up in Visalia their entire lives.
Health and wellness have always held a special place in Christie's heart, although she has had times where she let life take over and lost herself. After years of struggling, she was able to find herself once again through movement and nutrition. Now one of her life's greatest joy's is helping others find their strength, freedom and confidence through fitness.
Christie holds certifications in Lagree Fitness, training with the master and inventor of the method himself, Sebastian Lagree in Los Angeles. She also is 200HR RYT with Yoga Alliance, trained under Kristen McQuaide in LEVITYoGA. Certified 50H Pranayama and Breathwork instructor, Balanced Body Reformer Pilates certifications level 1, 2 & 3.
For Christie, fitness is not just a practice, it is a lifestyle. She is always excited to dive deep into education so that she can pass on the best information to her clients as well as implement into her own life. Experiencing first hand the healing power of movement through many modalities, she aims to help you find your best version of you: Strong, Empowered, Confident.
She is known to tell her students she wants them to leave class feeling so accomplished that they can take on the world.
